I hereby grant Compliance Resources and its affiliates the unrestricted right and permission to use, distribute, publish, and display photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during training sessions featuring my likeness, image, voice, and participation.

I understand that such media may be used for, but not limited to:

Online platforms, including websites and social media;

Promotional and marketing materials;

Educational and training content;

Any other lawful purpose deemed appropriate by Compliance Resources.

I acknowledge that:

I will not receive compensation for the use of my likeness in such media;

Compliance Resources holds the rights to edit, reproduce, and distribute the media;

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions of the media in which I appear;

I release Compliance Resources from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of such media.

I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian (if under 18). I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
